TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility: The referral promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
  2. Referral Criteria: A valid referral is defined as a new customer who signs up for ATLAST The Waste Network’s services as a result of your recommendation. The referred customer must enter into a service agreement with ATLAST The Waste Network for the referral to be considered successful.
  3. Prize Draw: Each successful referral qualifies you for one entry into the prize draw. The more referrals you make, the higher your chances of winning. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
  4. Prize Details: The prize consists of two tickets to the Birdcage at Flemington during the 2024 Melbourne Cup Carnival, including access to hospitality, racecourse views, and entertainment. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via email or phone. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, a new winner will be drawn.
  6. Promotion Period: The referral promotion will run from [11/10/24] to [30/10/24]. Only referrals made during this period will be eligible for the prize draw.
  7. Data Protection: By participating in this promotion, you agree to the use of your personal information for the purpose of administering this competition. ATLAST The Waste Network will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
  8. General Conditions: ATLAST The Waste Network reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  9. Limitation of Liability: ATLAST The Waste Network is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
